Job Description/Responsibilities

Buffalo Trace Distillery is currently seeking Machine Operators that are dependable and motivated people to join the outstanding team that produces some of the highest quality products in the world.  Specific duties include safely operating and maintaining bottling machinery and equipment, setting up, conducting changeovers, making adjustments, performing quality checks and accurately maintaining required paperwork, and cleaning equipment after use. Work environment may not be climate controlled. This position has a starting salary of $28.10 per hour and is part of a collectively bargained unit.  The physical requirements may include frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, climbing, and continuous standing/walking.

Qualifications/Requirements

Successful applicants will have:

  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • A stable, safe work history in a manufacturing environment with excellent attendance record.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd) including possible weekend overtime

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
